1. Who we are
Sandooqi is a digital service that helps Saudi small-shop owners log their daily cashbox entries and close out the day. The service is operated by وليد أركنجي under Saudi Freelance Certificate No. [رقم الوثيقة] issued by وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, you may not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and either own a Saudi shop/business or be authorized to manage its financial records.
4. Account & recovery code
On signup we issue you a 6-digit recovery code. You are responsible for keeping it. We do not store an alternate recovery method and are not liable if access is lost.
5. Plans
- Free: up to 100 entries per Hijri month, last 30 days of history, daily close, WhatsApp share.
- Pro: 29 SAR/month (or 290 SAR/year). Unlimited entries, full history, monthly report, priority support.
Prices include any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Payment
Payments are processed via our licensed processor Moyasar. We do not store card data on our servers. A failed payment may suspend your subscription.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Create fake accounts to bypass free-tier limits.
- Attempt to attack the service or stress it with automation.
- Use Sandooqi for activity unlawful in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Enter personal data of third parties without their consent.
Violation grants us the right to suspend your account without prior notice.
8. Data ownership
The data you enter is yours. We hold it on your behalf and process it only to deliver the service. We do not sell or share it with advertisers.
9. Availability
We aim for 24/7 availability but may pause for maintenance or events outside our control. We are not liable for outages under 24 hours per month.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of fitness for any purpose. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount of your most recent paid subscription.
11. Cancellation & deletion
You can cancel anytime from settings. You can permanently delete your account, losing all data. For refunds, see Refund Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jurisdiction is the competent courts in Riyadh.
