Refund window
Full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment. This window meets CITC's requirement for digital services.
After 14 days
Cancel anytime from settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
No refunds after the 14-day window, except in the following cases.
Exceptional refunds
- Service down for 7+ consecutive days in a month due to our fault.
- Duplicate payment within the same period.
- Clear technical error in subscription billing.
How to request
- Email us from your account email: billing@sandooqi.arkanji.com
- State the reason.
- We respond within 2 business days.
- Refund returns to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.
Data after refund
Refunding doesn't delete your account. To fully delete, use the settings page — that purges everything within 30 days.
